Murtabak
Murtabak was a traditional Indian food. Now in Malaysia you can get this food anywhere.
Ingredients to make Malaysian Murtabak
- 320 gms All Purpose Flour
- 3 Green Chillies, chopped
- 125 ml Ghee
- 1 large sized Onion, chopped
- 125 ml Water
- 6-8 Eggs, one for each dough sheet
- Salt to taste
- Filling Ingredients:
- 450 gms Chicken or lamb
- 1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp meat curry powder
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Few Mint leaves, finely chopped
- Few Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
